What is YouDapps?
YouDapps (“You Data Apps”) is a platform that allows users to automatically pull in data from various sources, then transform, visualize, share, and interact with that information, all within a familiar, spreadsheet-like interface.
It’s designed to be intuitive and accessible, so users can become proficient with little to no training.
Users build Dapps (“Data Apps”), which function like smart, interactive workbooks. Unlike traditional spreadsheets, Dapps give users control over what others can see or do, allow real-time collaboration, and include built-in features like message boards, pop-up help, and even video commentary. Each Dapp can be tailored to a specific workflow, shared with teammates or clients, and used to analyse financial and marketing data for business reports.

YouDapps supports collaborative workflows by offering two user roles: managers, who can customize and manage the Dapp, and users, who are limited to viewing data. Both roles can use built-in message boards and help popups to ask questions, clarify updates, and stay in sync.
Automatic Data Integration
YouDapps automatically pull in business data from Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and HelpCrunch. YouDapps then allow users to transform and interact with this data in a spreadsheet-like format.
Cloud-based System
YouDapps is accessible through any browser. Users can go directly to youdapps.com using any device and fill in their login credentials to access or create new accounts from any location.
Synced Rich Forms
YouDapps allows users to build custom calculations for financial and marketing metrics, ratios, and insights using Xero functions. The data automatically updates as source data changes.
